  • How long does the picnic go for?

  • Do you provide food or catering?
    See our Grazing Box option on the website, if you need something more substantial we can source from local cafes – just let us know when booking.
  • Can you do custom events?
    We sure can! Please fill out our booking form and we can send you a quote picnicswithlove.com.au/booking.
  • Do you stay during the picnic?
    Once we’ve set everything up, we’ll leave you to enjoy your time in peace. We’ll return at the end of your booking window to pack everything down. If you need assistance during your picnic, we’re just a call away. If you do need staff to stay on site, we can organise this at an additional charge – just let us know when booking.
  • How much notice do you need for bookings?
    We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially during weekends or holiday periods. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability–reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • What’s included in a Picnics with Love experience?
    Each of our picnic packages includes: French crystal cut glassware Low rise picnic table Table setting – cutlery, plates, placemats and napery Beautiful rugs and cushions Assorted décor Ice bucket with ice Sparkling water Personalised welcome sign 2 or 3 hours booking time We handle all setup and pack-down – so all you have to do is show up and relax.
  • What if it rains or the weather turns bad?
    We offer flexible wet weather options. You can choose to: Move the picnic to an indoor location (your home, venue, or undercover area). Reschedule to a new date (subject to availability). Use your deposit towards a future booking. We won’t set up in unsafe or unprotected conditions.
  • Can I bring my own alcohol?
    If your chosen location allows alcohol, then yes – feel free to bring your own drinks. Please drink responsibly and note that some public parks have alcohol restrictions. It’s your responsibility to check the rules for your chosen location.
  • How do I book?
    Simply fill out our booking enquiry form or send us a message via Instagram or email. We’ll confirm availability, send you a quote, and lock in your date with a deposit.
  • Where can I host my picnic?
    You can choose a location anywhere within 20km of Sydney’s Inner West. Popular parks and picnic spots are listed on our blog and Instagram. We also offer indoor setups and backyard options. Travel fees apply beyond 20km – get in touch for a quote.
  • What happens if something gets broken or goes missing?
    We understand that accidents can happen. If an item is damaged or lost, the cost to replace it will be deducted from your security bond. If the cost exceeds the bond, we’ll invoice you for the difference.
  • Can I customise my picnic setup?
    Definitely! We love creating bespoke moments. Choose from one of our signature styles or let us know if you have a particular vision or theme in mind. We also offer add-ons like balloon garlands, lawn games, and floral styling.
  • Can I bring pets or children?
    Of course! Our picnics are family-friendly and fur-baby approved. Let us know in advance so we can make sure the setup is suitable and safe, and your location is pet friendly. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and pets must remain on leash unless the location states otherwise.

  • Can I book a picnic for a special occasion?
    Absolutely! We love styling picnics for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, baby showers, hens parties, and more. Let us know if you need any add-ons to make it extra special.
  • Do you offer gift vouchers?
    Yes! A picnic is the perfect gift. You can purchase a digital gift voucher for any amount – just send us an email.
  • Is a bond or deposit required?
    Yes. A $250 refundable security bond is required for all bookings and will be returned after your event, provided there are no damages or missing items. A $200 deposit is also required to secure your booking.
